    • What insurances do you take?

      We take many commonly accepted insurance providers, including major health plans including United Healthcare, BCBS, Aetna, Tricare, and Humana.  To verify we take your particular insurance provider, please call our office at 520-202-5820.

    • I am a cash pay patient, what do you charge?

      Visit costs vary by complexity and length of the visit. Please call to inquire about a possible fee range. We also offer a 15% discount when visit fee is paid in full at time of service. We work hard at lowering your healthcare cost while providing safe, comprehensive healthcare.

    • What ages do you see?

      Providing quality health care for families, we welcome children from the age of 8 years old, adolescents, and men and women of all ages.

    • What do I need to bring with me on the day of my appointment?

      Your registration forms, insurance ID card, a form of identification, all current medications in their original conatiners

    • How early should I arrive before my appointment time?

      Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete the necessary registration forms.  We invite you to download and complete patient registration forms on our website. If your registration forms are completed, or you're an established patient, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
